Isabel's Baptism

Isabel was baptised July 13th. It was such a beautiful day! Jade's extended family was here. We took up five pews at church. Carol, Doris, Leanne and I sang "He's my Jesus, Too" by Ruth Artman, a favorite composer of mine. After the service Debbie (Jade's mom) and I, hosted a luncheon at Pizza Hut for the guests. They have a private room. Eleven pizzas and fifty breadsticks later we were all happy and full.



Isabel's christening gown was knitted in about 6 weeks. I was so happy with how it turned out. I made it with Debbie Bliss Prima Bamboo Yarn. It is soooo soft, you want to pet it.



Audrey was on her best behavior. She allowed her sister to take center stage and watched curiously at what was happening.



It was alot of fun but a very busy weekend. Bill had Customer Appreciation day on Friday, Carol had an all day 4H dog show on Saturday and the Christening was Sunday. We had to go back to work, just to rest;o)
