We had a busy but fun Memorial Weekend. Scott and Leanne came on Friday. We had dinner at the Elk's and went for a quick boat cruise afterwards. Stuart, Doris and Josie came the next morning. Followed by Joe and Gina. The two couples went golfing. I had an open house, so Bill had Josie and Carol. I returned home to a smiling Josie who was eating cookies with blue icing and sprinkles. She had picked them out herself. Joe and Gina stayed for sandwiches, but had to get home to go to the race the next day.
The Gobles came a callin' on Sunday. We had a house full! Dad, Terry, Shirley, Jason, Justin, Theresa, Jason, Kellie, Taylor, Jon, Jade, Audrey, Isabel, Scott, Leanne, Stuart, Doris, Josie and even Maxine and Wendell braved the crowd. The weather was nice. Stuart fixed ribs and pulled pork, Bill jerked pork tenderloins on the grill and everybody brought their favorite fixin's. The crowd thinned out around 5:30 and I spent the last few hours with Jon, Jade and the girls.
Monday was cloudy on and off but still in the upper 70's. I spent a couple hours knitting then visited down our Scott and Leanne's. Stuart, Doris and Josie were still here so we played with Josie. She is cheap high quality entertainment! After they left Scott and Leanne came for a boat ride and then headed home. A great beginning to the summer.

This weekend was a lot of fun! I wish you could have made it to Maxine and Wendell's...Bobbie's kids were there, and Edie is hilarious! Bobbie is definitely going to have her hands full! I tried to go to the knitting site, but it only took me to the main page, and since I don't have an account, I couldn't look at anything.
